Balance at Work Pty Ltd, provider of people management services to the financial planning industry, has signed up with myworkspace to deliver the innovative HR People Management System online. myworkspace is a 100% web based business management and communication system designed for small businesses who don’t want to build expensive software solutions to deliver product. It is being used as a practice management tool by Millennium 3 and their advisers and that bought it to the attention of Balance at Work.
“We been looking for something like myworkspace to deliver the People Management System online” said Don Swanborough, Director Business Development, Balance at Work. “In its hard copy format our People Management System came in three large volumes but now its online we know that specific documentation can be obtained at the click of a mouse using the key word search facility”.

The People Management System has been installed by several large financial planning firms. These firms all have secure logins through Balance at Work’s website to myworkspace so they can access HR documentation any time.
