A new look for myworkspace.com ... have your say Featured Partner Make calls using Skype without leaving myworkspace   Wherever you see this symbol next to a phone number, click on it and Skype will immediately open - ready to call that number.  Of course you will need to have credit in your Skype account.  Remember you can also record a person's Skype number on their contact record ... click on this same symbol beside their Skype number to make free phone calls!    myworkspace newsletter system just got a whole lot more powerful! A couple of updates ago we introduced News Tracking ... the ability to view who opened your newsletter and what they clicked on.  Now you can take your eNews campaign one step further by following up people according to their activity.  Display all those who opened your newsletter or clicked on a certain link between a given date range, then ... send all (or just some of them) a follow-up email or SMS add them to a group invite them to an event create a mail-merge document One of our most eagerly anticipated enhancements!  Click here to see what we mean.   Faster data entry for payments & receipts We're always looking for better ways of entering information into myworkspace.  Our Payment and Receipt forms have received an overhaul this month ... less clicks, improved ordering of the fields and easier editing equals faster data entry!  Click here to take a look at how to enter receipts (the payments form is the same process!).     Bulk emailing of invoices Ever have a need to email or print lots of invoices all at once?  As part of the Invoice Advanced Search, you can now select as many invoices as you want and then either print or email them in bulk.  Perhaps you want to email all invoices for the month to a particular client, or re-print all invoices coded to a selected financial account or greater than a certain value ... a few clicks and you are done!  Click here for an overview.     Quickly update your recurring actions Setting up recurring actions is great ... but what about when you need to modify all future occurences of that action?  Perhaps your weekly 8.30am team meetings have now changed to 9am?  This just got a whole lot easier in myworkspace ... edit any recurring action and you will be asked whether you want all future occurences to also be updated with that same change.  Delete any recurring action, and you get the option to delete all future occurences of that same action.  Some great time saving!     Advanced Searching ... getting a bit fancy! Many of you love the power of the advanced searches scattered throughout the system ... a fantastic tool for developing your own reports.  In the past, these searches have been one-dimensional ... i.e. they search over a single area (eg contacts, payments, opportunities, etc).  We are now starting to bring out the option to search over 2 or more areas simultaneously ... the first example of this is released this month in the Advanced Action Search.  Now you can search over both the person contact form and the action search. As an example, you might wish to look at all actions recorded on the system in a selected date range where the linked person is a prospect ... or has been a contact since last month.   More tools for website development Creating websites within myworkspace.com is quickly becoming one of the more popular areas our customers (and website developers) are taking advantage of ... so we have been busy adding new functionality to make it even easier and more powerful. mobile phone is now a standard field on enquiry forms quicker access to important forms expanded ability to integrate your online shop into the myworkspace customer order system full control over the 'source of contact' types you display on your enquiry forms AJAX compatability (the techies will know what we mean!)
